Board Meeting – September 2018

ATTENTION RESIDENTS!

Thursday, September 20th, 2018

We will be having our next Board Meeting at 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse.

We will have a guest speaker from Cherry Creek Insurance Group.  Pat Wilderotter will be talking about our insurance coverage, deductibles and answering questions.

All residents are welcome and the Board appreciates feedback and ideas from our residents.

We look forward to seeing “You” at the meeting!

Budget Review and Ratification Meeting August 14th

Attention Homeowners!!

Please join us for an important budget ratification meeting on Tuesday, August 14th at 6:30 pm.  During this meeting, we will review the budget details and changes for October 2018 – September 2019 which includes an 8% increase in each homeowner’s monthly assessment.

Please review prior to the meeting so we can answer any questions you may have.  Copies of the budget are available in the office

2018-2019 Budget Planning

It’s budget planning time!  Our first budget planning will be this next week.  This meeting is open to all homeowners – please come and help us plan our annual fiscal budget!

Tomorrow, Tuesday March 20th

at 6:30 pm, in the Clubhouse!

Registration and Refreshments start at 6:00 pm.

In order to conduct the meeting we must have a quorum which is 35 owners present or by proxy card.  If you are interested running for the Board nomination forms need to be turned in before the meeting.  We have three open positions on the Board.

Your information packet including proxy cards and nomination forms will be arriving in the mail shortly.  If you are unable to attend, please return your proxy card to the office no later than March 19th by 6 pm.  If you are interested in running for the Board return your nomination forms to the office by March 19th.  We have three open positions on the Board!
