Please join us for an important budget ratification meeting on Tuesday, August 14th at 6:30 pm. During this meeting, we will review the budget details and changes for October 2018 – September 2019 which includes an 8% increase in each homeowner’s monthly assessment.

It’s budget planning time! Our first budget planning will be this next week. This meeting is open to all homeowners – please come and help us plan our annual fiscal budget!

This year we are Thursday afternoons for mowing.We are going back to the scheduled parking lot blow outs, each parking area will be blown out once per month.
POOL IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!!!
Please follow all the posted pool and spa rules. Also, you are allowed up to 5 guests per unit on weekdays and only 2 guests per unit on weekends. We have a very nice redone pool and it is 1/175th yours, don’t let others ruin it for the rest of us. Come join us May 26, 2018 for our annual flower planting, we will be meeting on the pool deck at 10:00am. Come on out, meet some of your neighbors and help make Canyon Club beautiful.
When sourcing new insurance policies we were made aware of the hazards and critical nature of the liability HOA associations face regarding playground equipment. Due to the age and condition of our equipment we had to make the decision to dismantle the equipment. We will discuss options for this space and welcome ideas and comments for consideration.
